How asasii pos works

One platform in the retailer's own environment, from the scan at the till to the takings at head office.

A trading day on asasii pos

From the float in the morning to the e-invoice at month end.

  1. 09:30

    The till opens

The cashier signs in with an ID and PIN and counts the float into the drawer.

  2. 10:00

    The first sale

Scan, tender and print, with the customer watching every line.

  3. 13:10

    The line drops

The till keeps selling. Sales queue on the device and sync when the line returns.

  4. 14:00

    Head office checks in

Takings per outlet against the same day last week.

  5. 16:20

    An e-invoice request

The receipt becomes a validated MyInvois e-invoice.

  6. 18:00

    Shift change

An X read, a counted drawer, and the next cashier signs in.

  7. 22:00

    Closing

The Z read records the variance and who closed the till.

  8. Month end

    Consolidated B2C

Receipts not issued as e-invoices go to MyInvois in one consolidated submission.

An engineer at work at a desk

Where it runs

In the retailer's own cloud account or data centre. idataraya installs it, hardens it and keeps it current, and the retailer's team holds the keys, the backups and the data.

A documented API lets the retailer's accounting system, loyalty programme, asasii commerce or a third party read sales, receipts, stock and takings and post what they need to.
